What Do I Need To Do To Make This Work?

Have available your hours, pricing structure, and any other details about what your clients expect from you.

You’ll also want to provide information about yourself for your “About Me” page (how long you’ve been practicing, the modalities you specialize in, etc.)

Other suggestions for your website include:

  • Specials You are Running
  • Treatments Most Requested by Clients
  • Pictures of Yourself, Your Staff (if any), Other Professionals With Whom You Work (that will be included on your website), etc.

What Is Your Typical Turn Around Time?

Due to the high level of custom work and the collaborative process involved in each website we build, it’s difficult to predict an exact turn around time. We will work together with you to complete your web design project in a timely manner.

We agree to work expeditiously to complete the web design, but delays can occur if any milestone that requires your action, such as approving design mockups or web design changes, is not acknowledged on time. As an example, a 5 page website can be finished anywhere between 1-6 weeks after we’ve received all content and feedback from you. It’s a safe estimate to expect at least a month for your project, though it could be much quicker or slower, depending on your input.

IHP Biz Tools also offers an express service for an additional fee to expedite your project. Always remember, we can only work as fast as you allow us; turn around time is client-dependent. If content is provided sooner, initial and ongoing instructions are clear and revisions requested are reasonable, turnaround time can be significantly decreased. On the other hand, it could drastically increase due to client in-action, delayed mockup approvals, back and forth change requests, etc.

Will you custom design my website for this price?

Absolutely. We like to think we do an awesome job.

The hardest part is staying on track and not exceeding the number of pages you’ve chosen in your Website Plan. It’s amazing, but when people see what is possible with their website, it’s hard to stay on budget. But don’t worry; we help you stay focused and not lose sight of your primary goal.

Is Your Web Design Fee a One-Time Cost?

Are There Any Hidden (or Additional) Fees?

You will find no hidden fees here at IHP Biz Tools. Nada.

There are additional fees when you request additional work from Cathy. That’s fair.

You have three Website Plans to choose from and each plan has a set number of pages. For example, if you choose the Basic Plan with a total of six pages but you decide to add four additional pages, you can expect to the balance between the Professional Plan and the Basic Plan. 

We work hard to keep the number of pages with your chosen plan and will let you know if what you’re asking goes beyond the already agreed upon number of pages. You always are in control and you make the decision.

At any point in time, if you go above the Enterprise Plan (24 pages), you will incur an hourly fee of $49 with a 15-minute minimum.

Do You Offer Payment Plans?

If you need to discuss a payment plan, simply:

  1. Fill out the Website Intake Form
  2. Email Cathy by using the Contact Form at the bottom of this page or call her at (225) 784 -2168.

A minimum 50% deposit is required and your website will not “go live” until the balance has been paid.

Do You Have a Money-Back Guarantee?

Our goal is to provide a high quality, professional service to all of our clients. If you’re not satisfied with your new website, we offer a refund guarantee of up to 100% of the advance paid if refund is requested within 7 calendar days from date of order.

  • Prior to showing of any design layout, no questions asked, or
  • Before 3rd round of revision request.
  • Applicable to all plans.

Refund Restrictions

  • Refund Policy applicable to all purchases made on or after January 01, 2018.
  • Refund is not allowed once three rounds of revisions are requested.
  • Refund must be requested within 7 calendar days from date of order.
  • Refund not applicable on domain registration fees.
  • Refund not applicable on hosting fees.
  • Refund not applicable for express service clients.
  • Refund must be requested in writing.
  • Refund not applicable on updates and add-ons on existing website.

BTW: You’ll likely know what much of this stuff means, but we’re so proud of a few of them, we want to brag a little:

Can I change the name of my website?

Well … yes … and no. You see, if you decide on a different name for your website within 24 hours of approving the name you’ve already chosen, we can do that for you. After 24 hours, you will incur an additional one-time fee of $99. Every URL costs money … and we will need to go back and start over because a new website name equates to transferring data and that data will need to be manipulated on the (now new} URL so it is visually appealing.

So to change your domain name (URL), you’ll need to let us know immediately (within that 24-hour time frame). We want you to be happy, so if changing your domain name is what it takes, then by following this criteria, we can make it happen for you.

Will there be any advertising on my website?

IHP does not place advertising on websites. Every website we create has embedded in the footer, “Another Great Project by IHP Biz Tools.”

Can IHP set-up my website so I can send out newsletters and promotions to people?

We are here to make it easy for you! We’re happy to set-up MailChimp™ as an autoresponder for you but you are responsible for using your autoresponder. If you’re not familiar with autoresponders, they are the mechanism that allows you to send information via email to every person on your email list. Your website is how you and your site visitor communicate with each other and your newsletters are an important way to educate your site visitors.

If you would like IHP to send out your newsletters and promotions for you, there is a $25 fee for each send out.

If you would like IHP to design your newsletters and promotions (you will need to provide the information), there is a $49/hour fee each with a minimum of one hour. The send out fee is included if you choose this option.

Can I edit or add content to my website or does IHP handle this for me?

Sure you can! You will find training videos here at IHP Biz Tools that show you how to add your own content.

If you would prefer Cathy to take care of this for you, she will add or edit content for you but there is a fee associated with doing so. 

Her fee is $49 per hour with a 15-minute minimum.

Is IHP going to submit my website to search engines, or will I have to do that by myself?

Eventually, sites are picked up by the search engines. It’s a great idea to submit a website to them so it can get ranked faster, but it is not something you need to address. IHP Biz Tools takes care of this for you.

Does IHP save my images?

Yes, but we save them in a different size and format than the images you have on your computer or device. We make images smaller to keep the page loading as fast as possible. This means you shouldn’t consider IHP a place to store your images. IHP is a place where you can show your images, rather than store them.

What if I already have a website but need it updated?

IHP is happy to update your current website. However, it needs to be at least 60 days old and you will need your hosting transferred to us (no worries; we’ll help with this). If you agree, then we will take a look at your current site and quote you on the update.
